C&I 111 Teaching Diverse Students

This final blog post should be a reflection on your ethnic dining experience. Use the experience of all your senses as you describe food, the atmosphere, but most of all the people.

In addition to your reflection, there are a couple of added requirements for this post:

1. Please insert a picture that relates to the ethnic cuisine you chose. It can be one you took at the restaurant, or one you found online. (If it is not your picture, be sure to include a citation at the bottom of your post.)

2. Somewhere in your post, include a link to a website that pertains to this culture, food, restaurant you visited, city where it's located, a review of the restaurant or that kind of food, or even a recipe for the dish you ate or that cuisine.
